NTMI: Hello Immortalmina and welcome to your Neopian Times Master Index interview! *cheesy music plays* So tell me, how did you find out about Neopets?
Immortalmina: That's a good question! My mom found an article about Neopets in Entertainment Weekly magazine almost 4 years ago. She told my twin sister and me about it. My sis joined first and then I did. My mom was going to join, but never did.
NTMI: Awesome. So how did you come up with the name 'immortalmina'?
Immortalmina: My name came from my two favorite shows. Immortal from "Highlander: The Series" and Mina from "Sailor Moon".
NTMI: How did you come up with your pets' unique personalities and histories and such?
(Clyde's OFFICIAL #2 FAN! Only because Roxy stole the position of #1!)
Immortalmina: Okay let's see.
Artemisluv: I'd say her personality is mostly based on myself and Sailor Moon. That's where I got her name and the idea for Goddess. She was the easiest to think of.
Emerald__Weapon/Clyde: At first I didn't know what to do for him. I never liked the name, since I adopted him I didn't get a choice. That's how I thought of it. What if he was a thief who didn't mean to be adopted? Then his personality just came!
Methos5: He is based off of a character from "Highlander: The Series" named Methos. The oldest, wisest immortal (also hates boats). I then painted him Pirate so his personality is the same as the character Methos with a hint of pirate.
Spike_aka_bigbad: Is based off of a character from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel". He is mostly just like the character. As close as I could get. Instead of smoking he eats lolly's which the stick looks like a cigarette.

NTMI: Yup, that's exactly what I wanted! So, when did you decide to write for the Neopian Times?
Immortalmina: It's a very silly reason! lol I had remade my pet's pages(which look a lot better now!) and I wanted a way to get people to look at them. Since I had written some stories for the pages I thought that Pet Spotlight would be good. After almost a year of trying I gave up and decided on trying the Neopian Times instead. That was about Feb. 2003. Then I didn't get in until July 2003. My stories needed help, plus I didn't understand how to do it just yet!
NTMI: But you finally got in. ;) What was your initial reaction to getting in?
I was really surprised. I didn't think I was ever going to get in! I was also really happy!
NTMI: But all that hard work finally paid off. What would you say is your favorite story you have so far in the Times?
Immortalmina: Let's see, I think my favorite story I have written is "OZ vs. Joeblues" I had a lot of fun writing that one. My other fav is "Moonlit Dreams". I think it showed how much better I have gotten. Plus it was hard work getting it in!
NTMI: But that's the way it is with any great story, I guess. So where do you get a lot of your inspiration?
Immortalmina: Humm... that's a good one. I guess I get a lot from my pets names. I go off their personalities and if they are based off of a character from TV. I also get ideas from my friends, things on Neopets and other stories, TV and movies!
NTMI: Cool. So what does a normal day in Neopia consist of for you?
Immortalmina: Let's see, I log in and see if I have any neomails, then I check my guild, I then get the freebies and feed my pets. Next I replay to neomails and guild messages! Then the rest of the day I mess around with my neopets, playing games and looking around the worlds.
NTMI: Awesome. So where did you get the inspiration for your new comic series, "The Misadventures of a Pink Lenny?" *loves the Lenny*
Immortalmina: This is going to sound funny but I thought of the comic in my sleep, or I guess right as I was waking up. I have a problem sometimes, I get ideas when I try to sleep and it keeps me up. This, I guess, was the opposite! That was the first one. The rest of the day I wrote most of the others!
NTMI: Been there, done that. Oddly enough. Anyway, I can't think of anymore questions for you, so I guess that wraps up the interview. Anything you'd like to say to the folks at home?
