1. Unless otherwise stated (see known deficiencies), the condition of this vehicle (or it's fitness for any use/purpose) is unknown.  

2. The bidder is invited, urged, cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid.

3. This item/lot is being offered "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranty or other guarantee as to its condition or fitness for use.

4. All sales are final

5. Purchaser is responsible for making all transportation arrangements from the physical location (see above)

6. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation, property will be available for public inspection/pick-up by appointment only.  Interested parties may request contact/appointment information via email.  Requests for information will not be processed without the eBay auction item number.  

7. For payment, the State of Oregon accepts:

   • Cash

   • Certified Check

   • Money Order

   • Visa & MasterCard [upon owner verification - By telephone, fax or (in-person @ the main Salem PDC)]

   Following the close of this auction, the successful bidder will receive more detailed information on how to complete this transaction

8. Oregon processes credit cards internally, and does not accept Billpoint or Paypal

9. A $50.00 "Oregon Administrative Fee" will be added to the final auction value for all titled transactions

10. None of our vehicles come with license plates.  For vehicles located in Oregon, a 21 Day Oregon Trip Permit can be purchased for an additional $20 - this permit is only valid in Oregon.  For vehicles located in other states, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain the proper documents for that state.

11. Full payment is due within seven (7) calendar days from the end of auction 

12. Property listed is offered on a competitive bid basis and must be removed within 20 calendar days from the end of Auction

13. All items being sold are subject to the General Sale Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference, and such other special terms and conditions as may be contained herein.
